Terms and Conditions

Below is a list of terms and conditions you agree to when purchasing a product from this site.

Theme Use

Depending on the version you are using (more on licensing below) you may or may not be able to remove the footer credits from your frugal theme.  If you are using frugal Free you may use it on as many sites as you’d like, but frugal Premium may be limited, depending on the license option you purchased with your theme.  You may use frugal Free to create websites for clients as well as frugal Premium if the developer’s license or version was purchased.  Any version of frugal may not be sold as your own product.

Theme Warranty

The frugal WordPress theme is guaranteed to properly function on a clean installation of the latest version of WordPress.  There is no guarantee that it will function when combined with 3rd party applications or once the theme files have been modified in any way.  Support will be given to issues resulting from 3rd party applications and/or a modified theme disign, but at my discretion and as time allows.

Theme Support

The frugal Theme is supported by way of a support forum.  If a question or issue needs to be raised, be sure to do so in the frugal Forum and support will be given as needed.  Issues that are not directly related to the frugal Theme will still be addressed, but those which are specific to the frugal Theme will take precedence.

Forum access and any other form of Theme or Skin support is only given to those who have purchased Frugal from FrugalTheme.com.

Theme Licensing

The frugal theme comes in two license variations.  Depending on the version purchased, you may use and remove the credits of one, or an unlimited amount of sites that you own.  When developing sites for clients you or your client is required to pay an additional fee of $40 per site. Separate licenses may also be purchased from the frugal Store where you will also find more detailed information.

Refund Policy

For The Frugal Theme:

You have 30 days to request a refund for a Frugal Theme purchase from frugalTheme.com.

For The Frugal Premium Skins:

There are no refunds on all Frugal Premium Skins.  All Frugal Skin sales are final.
