How To Properly Upgrade From Frugal 3.2 To Version 3.25

Please Note: If you are upgrading from a version of frugal prior to 3.2 you need to first follow THESE INSTRUCTIONS to first upgrade to 3.2.  After you have successfully upgraded to 3.2 you can then upgrade to 3.25.

This upgrade (going from Frugal 3.2 to 3.25) does not require a plugin and shouldn’t be too eventful.  You just need to make a few minor adjustments to your options after you upgrade.
